How can i improve traffic to my website?
hey guys i started up a website to help people in financial distress, i use to be a car salesman and i’m now showing people how to get good prices on new cars and also students in distress by debt. The problem is that i cannot get more that a few visitors a day can you guys take a look at my website and let me know what i can do to improve traffic? Thanks my website is www.adviceontime.com

you need to build a good website and make sure you use SEO and follow seo rules then after a few weeks you will see a increase in traffic and be on your way

I definitely agree that the one of the main cause for traffic Jam during peak hours is the heavy vehicles. These vehicles occupy half the road, they cant change lanes nor can move at faster pace because of the heavy load. By restricting them would reduce the congestion in the roads

*An advantage for heavy vehicle drivers is during non peak hours,they can move easily instead of struggle between the tiny tots around them.

**** For all drivers of two & four wheelers, lets follow lane disclipline and not zig zag across roads,this is another reason that causes dead lock in the junctions where every one wants to be first which creates havoc and creates conjuction.

I wish atleast few will ponder upon on this and bring into action.

Heavy Commercial Vehicles are a major contributor to the traffic congestion on Outer Ring Road-Bangalore between Marathalli –Bellandur- Sarjapur Road stretch.
Most of the Indian cities have restricted heavy vehicles from entering important and busy routes during the day hours, for eg. from 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs, to meet similar traffic problems. It would be of great relief to the Bangalore traffic situation if these measures can be taken up seriously and stringently by the traffic authorities.

the only way that this can improve is by reducing the amount of traffic the only way I can see of doing this is

Charge for parking not by the hour but on each time you come in to a car park.

Make the monorail and the duece bus free

Several things could be done. First a people mover (like the moving sidewalks at Ballys) should be installed along the center of the strip. Built like the monorail above the center median and run the entire length of the strip with entrances to all the major properties and tied in with all the intersection cross overs. Eliminating a lot of foot traffice at street level will help immensly as did the cross overs did at the intersections.

There should be no drive entrances for the major resorts on the strip. All vehicle entrances should be behind the properties. Wynn and Palazzo have got the right idea. Timing of all the stop lights is a necessity. I don’t think the idea of charging a fee to drive the strip is a good idea. I can see all the toll booths backing up traffice on the east west streets.

I don’t know if it can be improved.. Locals know to take Koval, Dean Martin or Industrial, so they’re not on the strip.. The parking garages can be reached from side streets, so that’s not a problem. I think a large portion of the people who are driving on the strip are there to sight-see and cruise the strip.
